i think "anonymus" has aptly summarised , a bitter reality. it is unfortunate that the progressive intellectual forums have not done much to cross even the thersholds of Ranchi . the ground reality is that as an alternative , a gargantum effort needs to be put forward.
Let us take a leap from what E.M.S, had said long back
With due apology, " intellectualism " (if i am allowed to use that word) does not mean a mere investigation of social phenemenon and absence of manual endurance and effort .
Also we need to understand that the "factory proleterait" does not need sermon"s from communist manifseto or capital. He needs a tangible alternative , a viable means that allows it to transform into a " class for itself" (because the objective reality is that he is already )pushed to the wall.
