I am writing here to the attention of cpm policy makers, as everybody aware that this a fast growing techno age. The party should have very apt and adaptable policy and programs for the current genereation. We should realize the need of the current generation and make changes according to the need. Though it may not be possible to get the supporters for taking part in the agitations on the street, we should get an equal amount of suppoters inside homes, offices,and other work places.These are the silnet forces who are deciding the future of a party. At the same time the party should not loose grip on the grass root level. The party should soften it's stand on party workers who are departed from the party, not for ideological reasons. Also it should make all efort to bring back all like minded leftists under CPM's umbrella.
The party should include more youngsters in the central committee and the polit beauro. At the state level in kerala , there are more efficient young leaders like NN krishnadas, A.Vijayaraghavan, Chandran Pillai, P.Rajeev,Sujatha, P Sreeramakrishnan etc. If party cannot utilise these youngsters at their best of age, then it will be a big loss for the party.
