The DYFI organized a two day long Convention on Employment in New Delhi on 10-11 February 2010. The Convention was inaugurated by Prakash Karat. Deliberations in the Convention started with the presentation of an approach paper by the DYFI CEC followed by the presentation of 9 papers on various aspects of the employment problem in India. These were followed by a vibrant discussion by the delegates attending the Convention. The Charter of Demands adopted by the Convention is provided below.
