 While the United States leads two continuing wars of occupation and invasion in Iraq and Afghanistan in the name of countering agencies of terror across the world, it has done little to the havens of terrorism in its own home ground in Miami in Florida. Miami has been home to scores of terrorists who have been implicated in many a terrorist attack targetting the people of Cuba. Some years ago, five Cuban spies had infiltrated the Cuban American terrorist cells based in Miami and had also been instrumental in busting terror attacks against Cuba. Yet, these five have been incarcerated in the United States and given life sentences for the only fault of safeguarding their homeland. A series of US administrations beginning from JF Kennedy's administration have tried to sabotage the Cuban revolutionary government and have implicated themselves in many a overt (the Bay of Pigs invasion) and covert operation targetting the Cuban revolutionary Fidel Castro and other citizens of Cuba in several terrorist attacks.Terrorists such as Orlando Bosch and Luis Posada Carriles roam freely in the US today, while its administration leads two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan harrassing and butchering the citizens of the countries through pre-emptive wars and illegal occupation. 

Lately, the US administration has continued its maneuvers to effect regime change in Cuba through various means, one called the "Commission for assistance to a Free Cuba" and others, where financial assistance is provided to lead disinformation campaigns against the country. Well funded international campaigns have been launched using the money from special interests in the United States to discredit the Cuban regime.
