With respect to your comment that there is a need to "make the PDS universal" as a tool against neo-liberal policy, my impression is that PDS outlets in West Bengal are pretty universal in the state, and majority of them are owned by the local CPM leaders (including the ones in my town of Chinsurah). You may remember that in 2009 there was a mass uprising across the state against these PDS owning CPM leaders for fraud and cheating of PDS supplies. How does that fit into your thesis on revolution, party program and the reality in which we all live in. Why this Kolaveri?
