Minaret Controversy of Switzerland: The Sign of Intolerant Europe

On the 29 November 2009, Switzerland in a very controversial referendum banned the construction of Minarets. This came as surprise for many who considered Europe as a better place to live and more secular in its societal construction. In this lies the key to our agitation in the daily political struggle – our agitation to expose the “national defense” of the bourgeoisie and reveal its fraudulent character.

Malegaon Blasts Investigation and Startling(?!) facts

Such is the influence of the ‘ communal –fascist rhetoric’ on the political conscious and unconscious in India that the possibility of the involvement of Hindutva-Fascist forces in Malegaon Blast wasn’t even discussed widely. Nevertheless, the emerging leads through the investigations of the Malegaon blasts case give another opportunity to the Left to forcefully combat the ‘Hindutva-Fascist forces’ in this 'war of position'.
