if one looks at the video and its front page reporting by the Kolkata based English daily The Telegraph, the rabidly anti-Left role being played by the media in West Bengal becomes clear. The write up suggests that the CPI(M) representative gave a mumbling-bumbling embarrassing performance. However, looking at the video it is clear that this was nowhere the case. In fact, i think prasenjit was as good as could be under the circumstances sending the right message regarding the issues of the LF in these elections, fighting off any sweeping abuse regarding the Left in WB, bringing TMCs opportunism on to the discussion table and appealing for a vote for the rectified and rejuvenated Left Front.
