I don't know what purpose it serves to have it in the constitutuon that "every citizen would have the right to work, right to employment", when Nepal, as a very poor country, cannot feed its own people because there are not enough jobs to employ them. And to say that "there will be unemployment benefits also for those who are unemployed" will drive the country into debt crisis just like what Greece and some european countries are going through. It's all just a fantasy.
