The description is necessary as many people do not know what is going on. With the media blackout, it is important to first put to a wide readership, what is happening. As for prescription, that has to be collective, but the tasks IMHO remain the same as these were since 2006 if not before (please see the link in the last line), except that these have to be done with much more urgency than has been the case so far.
