Thanks to Pragoti for reproducing Com PP's important article published by Peoples Democracy. I assume it represents the party's understanding. So let's hope the economists and planners supporting the party will follow this up with ideas on how any CPI(M) led state government will be able to translate the understanding into actual practice without inviting a clash between the party's Maximum and Minimum programs.
